Refund & Return Policy

At Beyond Mats, each doormat is carefully crafted with quality and detail in mind. Because many of our products are custom-made, our refund and return policies are designed to be clear, fair, and protective for both our customers and our small business.

Custom Orders

  • All custom doormats are final sale and non-refundable once production has started.
  • Please double-check spelling, sizes, and design details before confirming your order. Beyond Mats is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After review, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the same item, or
  • A store credit for the value of the item.

Refunds to the original payment method are only issued in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your set-design mat isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returned items.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the item at their own expense, and all original charges are nonrefundable.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Due to the custom nature of our mats, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item in unused condition, subject to the restocking and shipping fees above.
